Reel Drum – Half Coupling is an important component of the roll coupling. The drum coupling is mainly used for connecting the output shaft of the reducer of the lifting mechanism in lifting equipment with the wire rope drum, and is also suitable for other mechanical equipment that not only transmits torque but also bears radial loads

Reel Drum – Half Coupling is usually combined with a sleeve with a connecting flange and an inner gear ring to form a roll coupling. This structure can transmit large torque, work stably and reliably, and has strong overload capacity.

It can be matched with load-bearing rings with outer spherical surfaces to form automatically adjustable spherical bearings, thus possessing strong radial load-bearing capacity and able to withstand large radial loads.

Reel Drum – Half Coupling has certain positioning performance, which can compensate for axial displacement such as radial displacement and angular displacement between two shafts, facilitate installation and adjustment, and alleviate the attached loads between shafts, bearings, couplings, and other components caused by relative displacement between rotating components.
