1、 Daily maintenance (per shift/day): anti blocking, cleaning, and spot checks
Crushing/mixing system
Thoroughly clean the pulper, pulp tank, pipeline, sieve plate, and filter screen in each shift, and remove tobacco fibers, tobacco paste, and dust clumps.
Check the sealing of the mixer and pump body to prevent slurry leakage, air intake, and blockage.

Slurry box and mesh section
