What should be noted when installing Cultural paper production line

      The installation of Cultural paper production line (double glue, writing, printing, copperplate, etc.) focuses on four control objectives: ultra long machine precision, high temperature and high pressure medium, high cleanliness, and continuous and stable operation. Installation must strictly comply with GB 50313 "Code for Construction and Acceptance of Equipment Installation Engineering in Paper Industry".
1、 Pre preparation and basic acceptance (of utmost importance)
Basic review
      Concrete strength ≥ C30, rebound/core drilling qualified, no cracks, honeycombs, exposed reinforcement
      Deviation of longitudinal centerline, elevation, and anchor bolts/embedded plates: ± 1mm
      Layout of foundation settlement observation points and installation monitoring throughout the entire process
Measurement control network
      Set vertical reference line, horizontal reference line, and elevation reference point (total station/laser tracker)
      Baseline parallelism ≤ 0.1mm/m, verticality ≤ 0.1mm/m
Equipment inventory and protection
      Roll surface, mirror surface, and dryer surface must not be bumped or scratched; Rubber rollers are prohibited from oil, antifreeze, and UV protection
      Storage of electrical instruments, bearings, and seals for moisture and dust prevention
2、 Main body installation of paper machine (cultural paper core)
1. Mesh department (forming department)
      The chest roller, case roller, suction tank, and forming plate are strictly coplanar
      Levelness: ≤ 0.05mm/m; Parallelism between rollers: ≤ 0.1mm/m
      The gap between the suction tank panel and the mesh surface is uniform and consistent (0.1-0.3mm)
      Guide roller and tension roller jumping ≤ 0.05mm
2. Pressing section (affecting dryness and uniformity)
      The parallelism of the roller axis is ≤ 0.1mm/m; Coaxiality ≤ 0.05mm
       Recheck the levelness after linear pressure loading to prevent rack deformation
       Align the end faces of vacuum rollers, stone rollers/rubber rollers with a deviation of ≤ 1mm
       The woolen guide roller and correction roller are flexible and free of jamming
3. Drying cadres (longest and most precise)
       Drying cylinder levelness: ≤ 0.08mm/m; Height difference at both ends ≤ 0.1mm/m
       Cylinder body static balance qualified (unbalance ≤ 0.05mm/kg)
       The clearance between the bearing seat and spherical tile conforms to the drawing; Leave sufficient gap on the thermal expansion side
       The steam head and condensate discharge device are concentric and reliably sealed
       The end faces of the entire row of drying cylinders are flush (deviation ≤ 1mm)
4. Polishing/coiling section
       Flattening roller parallelism and circular runout ≤ 0.02mm
       The radial runout of the coiler and rewinder is ≤ 0.03mm
       Tension roller and guide roller horizontal/parallel dual control
5. Transmission system (synchronization and vibration)
       Main motor, gearbox, coupling laser alignment ≤ 0.05mm
       Gear meshing coloring inspection ≥ 60%
       Strictly match the speed ratio and synchronization accuracy of each division (cultural paper ≤ ± 0.01%)
       Bearing installation: Heating assembly must not be knocked or smashed; Temperature rise ≤ 30 ℃
3、 Pulp and Flow System (Key to Uniformity of Cultural Paper)
       The levelness of the pulper, grinder, sifter, and flushing pump is ≤ 0.1mm/m
Slurry box (most critical):
       Levelness ≤ 0.02mm/m (horizontal full width)
       Lip plate and weir plate straightness ≤ 0.03mm/m
       The slurry distributor and tube bundle are evenly distributed and unobstructed
       The inner walls of the slurry pipe, white water, clean water, and chemical pipeline are clean and free of welding slag
Concentricity and verticality of pressure screen and sand remover ≤ 0.1mm/m
4、 Public works (steam/water/vacuum/electrical/control)
       Steam/condensate water (for dryer)
       Seamless steel pipe pickling and passivation, argon arc welding as the base
       Conduct a pressure test at 1.5 times the working pressure and maintain the pressure for 30 minutes without any leakage
       There is no stress in the alignment of the drain valve and globe valve
       Vacuum system (suction/suction tank/press)
       Strict sealing and no air leakage; The slope of the pipeline is conducive to drainage
Electrical and Automation
       Power/signal cable trench laying, shielding grounding
       Grounding resistance ≤ 4 Ω ; Motor insulation ≥ 0.5M Ω
       Calibration of speed, tension, temperature, and pressure instruments is qualified
Lubrication/Hydraulic/Pneumatic
       Pipeline degreasing and cleanliness; Gas station filtration ≥ 20 μ m
       After installation, cycle and flush to NAS level 7 or above
5、 Installation accuracy and quality control (cultural paper must be controlled)
       Longitudinal straightness of the entire line: total length ≤± 0.3-0.5mm
       Horizontal/parallel of each roller: 0.05-0.1mm/m
       Anchor bolts: symmetrically tightened in stages, with torque up to standard (e.g. M24 ≈ 300N · m)
       Secondary grouting: non shrink grouting material, curing for ≥ 7 days
       Key detection tools: laser tracker, laser alignment instrument, electronic level, dial gauge
6、 Safety and Environment
       Heavy lifting (dryer/pressure roller ≥ 20t):
       Ground base endurance verification, roadbed box/steel plate paving
       Special plan, dual machine lifting synchronization, and dedicated person command
       High altitude operation (drying cadre ≥ 8m):
       Full shelf/platform, double hook safety belt, anti fall
cross-operation:
       Lifting/welding/electrical partition isolation, prohibition of simultaneous work on and off
Fire/explosion prevention:
       Chemicals, oils, and slurries are prohibited from smoking and ventilation
7、 Cleaning, blowing and single machine/linkage debugging
       Internal cleaning of equipment: no impurities in the oil station, slurry pipeline, and gas pipeline
Single machine trial operation:
       Steering, noise (≤ 85dB), vibration (≤ 4.5mm/s), temperature rise
       Gradually load vacuum, pressure, and temperature
Linkage no-load:
       Speed synchronization, stable tension, no deviation, and no abnormalities
       Trial production with materials (low quantitative trial of cultural paper):
       Adjust the parameters of forming, pressing, drying, calendering, and coiling
       Resolve issues such as paper breakage, uniformity, banner deviation, and warping
8、 Data and Acceptance
       Basic acceptance, measurement records, accuracy records, torque records, pressure testing records, debugging reports
       Completion drawing, certificate of conformity, instruction manual, spare parts list
       Joint acceptance according to GB 50313 and contract standards
9、 Special attention should be paid to cultural paper
       Full process cleanliness: no iron filings, no oil stains, no fiber debris (affecting paper disease)
       Banner uniformity: The horizontal accuracy of the flow box, dryer, and calendering is extremely strict
       Stable drying curve: precise and controllable temperature zoning of dryer, no local overheating
       Stable tension control: no impact or paper breakage from low to high speed
       Surface protection: It is strictly prohibited to step on, tap, or scratch the roller surface and cylinder surface
